1 Graham cracker crust prepared (see recipe below)
 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (non-fat to whole fat works for this recipe)
 1 ½ Packet unflavored gelatin
 1 cup Boiling water
  cup sugar( additional 1/3 cup for graham cracker crust)
 juice of 2 large limes with zest
 1 ½ cups fine graham cracker crumbs
 6 tbsp melted butter

Mix gelatin with sugar and add boiling water. Stir until all sugar and gelatin is dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Take lime zest and juice and add to gelatin mixture.

Blend in greek yogurt with mixer.

Pour into baked pie crust.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar with melted butter.

Press into 9" pie plate

Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool
