Ribs and baked potato

 2 tbsp Meathead's Memphis Dust ( see link above for recipe)
 Baby Back Ribs

Rinse rack of ribs. Place ribs on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Leave ribs wet and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Meathead's Memphis Dust on each side of rib rack.

Wrap rack in tin foil. Fold tightly and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.

When ready to cook, remove meat from refrigerator and leave on counter for an hour.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place on a baking sheet and cook for 4-5 hours.

Carefully unwrap foil or leave in the foil and place ribs on grill or broiler pan and cover with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Grill or broil ribs only to allow BBQ sauce a chance to cook on the meat for a brief few minutes. Remove and serve
